Services

I offer integrative, trauma-informed counselling that blends evidence-based and embodied approaches, tailored to your needs.

Individual Therapy (Adults)

Gentle, evidence-based support for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, or trauma. Together we explore patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and rebuild a sense of calm and possibility in your daily life.

Common reasons people come include feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, navigating life transitions, or wanting to understand long-standing patterns in relationships.

Youth & Child Therapy

Playful, compassionate sessions that help children and teens express emotions, process stress, and build confidence. I support young people as they navigate school, friendships, identity, bullying, family changes, and feelings that are hard to put into words.

Approaches may include talk therapy, play-based work, art, body awareness, and collaboration with caregivers when appropriate.

Trauma & Somatic Therapy

A body-based, trauma-informed approach to healing that honours how trauma lives in the nervous system. We combine talk, breath, movement, and mindfulness to gently release stress, support regulation, and restore a sense of safety in the body.

This work can be helpful whether your trauma is clearly identified—such as accidents, violence, or loss—or more complex and relational, with roots in early experiences or ongoing stress.

Couples, Family & Parenting Counselling

Support for couples, parents, and families who want to strengthen connection, communication, and understanding. Sessions may focus on navigating conflict, co-parenting, cultural differences, attachment styles, or repairing trust after difficult events.

Parenting-focused work can include learning tools for co-regulation, setting boundaries with care, and supporting children’s emotional development in ways that align with your values.

Grief & Loss Counselling

Compassionate support for grief in all its forms: bereavement, relationship endings, immigration-related grief, identity shifts, and other visible and invisible losses. We move at a pace that feels safe, making room for sadness, anger, numbness, and moments of meaning without rushing the process.

Experiential and creative approaches can be woven in when words feel limited.

Integrative Counselling

Bridging modern psychology with Eastern-informed and embodied practices for deep, meaningful healing. This holistic approach honours your mind, body, and inner wisdom — not just your symptoms.

Depending on your needs, sessions may draw from:

  • Relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches
  • Psychodynamic and Jungian-informed exploration
  • Narrative therapy
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Experiential and creative methods, especially in grief and youth work

Accessibility & Pricing

Everyone deserves access to care.

Sliding-scale pricing and flexible scheduling are available to help make therapy more sustainable. If finances are a barrier, we can discuss options together and explore what might be possible.

Therapy is offered online via secure video, so you can access support from a private space that feels comfortable to you.

What to Expect

Your first step is a free 20-minute discovery call, where we explore what brings you to therapy, answer questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Ongoing sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place online. We will decide together on a rhythm — weekly, bi-weekly, or another pace that feels supportive and realistic for you.

Throughout our work, we check in regularly about your goals, pacing, and what is or isn’t helpful, so therapy remains collaborative and grounded in your lived experience.
